BOOKING & CANCELLATION
I require a credit card to book your appointment. Please make cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. There is a $50 charge if you are a no-show. Since we want our models looking their best, call me if you or your child wakes up sick. We can reschedule, but I do I ask that you pay for the sitting fee and we reschedule it for another day. Email is the fastest way to reach me.
There are no refunds on sittings, prints, or gift certificates. Studio credit only!
I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review your order carefully and if there are any problems, don’t hesitate to let us know. We can reprint to your specifications.
The sitting fee is due at the end of the first session. We think it is important to discuss prices with every client before your photo shoot; however, it is your responsibility to know our prices and policies. Payment for print orders should be made at time of order.
Pets are always welcome in a session! In fact, I encourage you to bring your furry family members; however, you are solely responsible for any messes. If there are pet accidents in the studio, I will hire my carpet cleaner and you are responsible for the bill. Dogs that are not fully housebroken should remain on a leash. I also ask that before bringing your pet into the studio, you walk them to the grassy field on the corner. For best results, young and high-energy dogs need exercise before the session. Please bring leashes and carriers. Please let me know if your dog is aggressive or fearful so we can discuss strategy.
